Spicing Things Up!

Just like you might add cayenne pepper to spice up a seafood gumbo or add jalapeños to spice up some southern cornbread, sometimes you need to add a new ingredient to your dental practice to spice up how you handle patients, how you run your office and how you make sure your visit to the dentist is as enjoyable is possible.

In order to improve the ‘flavor’ of our services to our patients, Dr. Murphey and Dr. Nalley took the entire staff to Baton Rouge, Lousisiana for a 2 day seminar focused on bringing new scheduling methods, efficient office systems, clearer communications stress reduction techniques just to name a few of the many topics covered.

We are always making efforts to improve our service to you, our valuable patients. While we had a lot of fun as a team, at this seminar, it was in the front of our minds and first in our thoughts how we can take home what we learned and implement it in our office.
